Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce the company's interior design services.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, reference follow-ups, and social media inquiries.
  • Answer inbound calls and explain the company's offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Understand client needs and schedule meetings or site visits with the design/sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead records in Excel or CRM software.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure consistent communication until conversion.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth lead handovers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejections positively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
  • 6 Months experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven attitude.
