Job Overview
The Telecaller position at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, suitable for freshers with up to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Experience or ability to effectively generate and qualify potential leads for business development through various calling strategies.
- Outbound Calling: Comfortable and effective in making high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain products and services.
- Excellent communication skill: Strong verbal communication with clarity and professionalism to convey messages accurately to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify, understand, and resolve client queries or objections during calls to enhance customer satisfaction.
- CRM Software: Familiarity with customer relationship management software for tracking calls, maintaining client data, and managing interactions efficiently.
- Data Entry: Precise and timely entry of telecalling updates, customer information, and lead details to support accurate reporting and follow-up processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Capable of building and maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- MS Office: Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook for maintaining call records, preparing reports, and supporting internal communication needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products and generate qualified sales leads for the business.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and ensure consistent engagement with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and provide product or service information to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall lead generation and conversion targets set by the company.
- Update daily call logs, maintain lead status, and prepare regular activity reports for management review and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality agreements, and best practices during all customer interactions.
- Contribute ideas to improve call scripts, telecalling techniques, and overall customer approach to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
