About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our recruitment operations and assist the hiring team in building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will act as a crucial bridge between the organisation, the recruitment team, and prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Handle onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Foster healthy communication and maintain employee satisfaction.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Verify attendance, leave records, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle employee reimbursements, bonus calculations, and payroll queries.
4. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws – PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and confidential data.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and payroll functions.
- Draft HR policies and assist in updating them as per company and legal requirements.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through discussions with team leads.
- Schedule and coordinate in-house or external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
6. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present monthly HR reports (hiring, attrition, attendance, leave, etc.).
- Provide HR insights and metrics for management decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 4year of experience as a HR .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
