About the Company:

We are a 15-year-old engineering company providing turnkey solutions in Cleanroom, HVAC, and Allied Engineering Services. We're growing fast and looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle complete HR operations and strengthen our team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions – recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Handle employee engagement, performance management, and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring and manpower planning.
  • Maintain employee data and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years' experience in HR operations, preferably in engineering or manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
