K R Paints, a leading name in emulsion paint manufacturing and painting & waterproofing contracts, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Area Sales Executive. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we are dedicated to bringing color and protection to spaces. Our waterproofing service division, Guardia Smart Build Care, adds an extra layer of excellence to our comprehensive offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive landscape to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our emulsion paints and waterproofing services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and market insights to the management team.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
