**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the charge: Be the driving force behind your team's success, motivating them to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Strategize for success: Develop and implement winning sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
- Empower your team: Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge to thrive.
- Analyze and optimize: Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in on-field sales functions.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Should be resident for at least 3-5 years.
