We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and related hardware. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance on laptops and related devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Replace or upgrade hardware components such as keyboards, motherboards, screens, batteries, and storage devices.
  • Install, configure, and support operating systems and application software.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal staff.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, repair techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in laptop repair and servicing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of common laptop brands and their components.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work

Compensation:

  • Salary + Service Commission

Job Type: Full-time
