
Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with service inquiries
- Register customer complaints or service requests (software/hardware issues)
- Schedule service appointments and assign technicians
- Track service jobs and update customers on job status
- Prepare job cards, invoices, and maintain service records
- Coordinate between technicians and customers for timely issue resolution
- Handle customer follow-ups and post-service feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office/reception
- Manage basic office administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Any Degree
- **Experience**: 1+ year in a customer service/admin role preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- **Technical knowledge**: Basic understanding of computer/laptop service terms is a plus
- **Skills**:
- Good communication in Malayalam and basic English
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- **Age**: 20-35 years
Working Hours:
- **Monday to Saturday**:
- **Time**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Sunday**: Weekly Off
Salary & Benefits:
- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)
- Incentives for excellent customer handling / job performance
- Training provided if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,843.45 - ₹15,000.00 per month
