About the Role:

We are looking for an Automotive Trainer to deliver training on Bharat Stage-VI (BS-VI) norms and vehicle servicing for two- and three-wheelers. The trainer will upskill roadside and independent mechanics in BS-VI technology, diagnostics, and soft skillsempowering them with modern knowledge, better service standards, and improved livelihood opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom & hands-on training on BS-VI engines, OBD, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting.

Educate on workplace safety, hygiene, and health awareness.

Assess trainee performance and maintain progress reports.

Travel across Maharashtra & Karnataka to deliver sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering OR ITI with advanced automotive specialization.

Strong knowledge of BS-VI technology (fuel injection, DPF, SCR, OBD).

Experience using scanners, multimeters, and diagnostic tools.

Prior experience in automotive training / technical facilitation.

Good communication in Hindi/English; fluency in Marathi/Kannada preferred.

Experience

3+ years in automotive service/training (OEM workshops, institutes, or skilling programs).
