**Mindpool Technologies is hiring for Cyber Security - trainer in Bangalore**

Experience : 8 -17 Years

Location : Bangalore

WFO (Hybrid)

Notice period : 10 days to 30 Days

**Role**:

- cybersecurity experts, professionals, and trainers with passion for teaching and creating educational content and exercises
- Deliver classroom/onsite/online role-specific trainings to our target audience comprising of professionals from multiple streams (technology, risk, legal and others) from multiple domains such as automotive, IoT, cloud, ICS, AI/ML, data science, blockchain etc.
- Develop and maintain training curriculum, content, and materials including lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials, on cyber security topics including system security, network security, reverse engineering, penetration testing, secure coding, etc.
- Research cybersecurity specific hardware and software tools and train the audience on the proper use of these tools
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session and maintain updated records
- Review company policies on cyber security and perform regular organization-wide training on cyber security.
- Design technical guidelines and manuals using simple language.

**What the person brings in**:

- Value added leadership with technical content as well as coaching skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking which helps in business growth, efficiency improvement and adapting to futuristic technologies
- A technical mindset to understand cyber security primitives like cryptographic, encryption algorithms etc.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art security concepts such as secure communication, secure boot, secure flashing etc.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:

- Masters with specialization in Cybersecurity or equivalent; OR
- Bachelors with minimum two years’ experience in cybersecurity domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.

**Additional Information**:

- Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role
- Experience designing technical course material
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Good understanding of corporate cyber/information security principles
- Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies.
- Experience with a wide range of security tools.
- Cyber Security Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA-Security, CEH, etc.
