Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist at our Quilon location. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards through rigorous testing and inspections. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting quality audits, enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and identifying areas for quality improvements. The role requires collaboration with the production team to maintain high-quality standards and address any quality issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Skills in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Relevant experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
