We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns while producing high-quality, visually engaging design assets that align with our brand and product goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid ads.
• Develop engaging content to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead generation, and audience reach.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Graphic Design

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and creatives for websites, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to translate ideas into impactful visual assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and design outputs.
• Edit videos, reels, and motion graphics (basic video editing preferred).

UI/UX & Creative Production

• Design and prototype UI/UX layouts for digital products using Figma.
• Create responsive HTML5 banners and web/digital assets.
• Conduct Design QA to ensure pixel-perfect quality and visual consistency.
• Work with developers and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist and/or Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, and other modern design platforms.
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing marketing materials, booklets, UI/UX mockups, and short promotional videos.
• Knowledge of HTML5 for design implementation.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Salary: 35000K-50000K/Month
