Job Opening: Management Trainee – Digital Marketing & Sales

About the Role

Adstra Digital is seeking energetic freshers and interns to join as Management Trainees with a dual focus: driving digital marketing sales and supporting internal management operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to real campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

Sales & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)

  • Generate leads and engage with potential clients

  • Draft outreach content, proposals, and follow-ups

  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Management & Operations

  • Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and HR documentation

  • Support internship programs and onboarding

  • Assist in branding, product launches, and legal drafting

  • Maintain records and help with reporting and analysis

Language Skills

  • English: Strong written and verbal communication for client interaction and documentation

  • Malayalam: Conversational fluency preferred for local outreach and internal coordination
