About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Talent Development and Talent Management initiatives for our IT organization. The role will drive frameworks for capability-building, career development, and succession planning, ensuring that talent practices are aligned to business priorities and future readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development
•Design and implement enterprise-wide role taxonomy and skill dictionary for the organization.
•Lead role mapping exercises to align employees with the right skills, roles, and career pathways.
•Develop and institutionalize capability frameworks, technical/functional learning roadmaps, and leadership development programs.
•Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and foster a continuous learning culture.
•Measure and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven insights and ROI metrics.
Talent Management
•Build and execute succession planning frameworks for critical roles and leadership pipelines.
•Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to conduct talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and enable career development opportunities.
•Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment between business goals and employee growth.
•Champion workforce planning, role criticality analysis, and internal mobility initiatives.
•Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across talent practices.
Employee Experience & Engagement
•Enhance employee experience through development-focused engagement interventions.
•Leverage people analytics to provide insights on talent supply, skill gaps, and future workforce requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
•Postgraduate in HR / Business Management (preferred).
•10–12 years of progressive HR experience with proven expertise in Talent Development and Talent Management, preferably in IT/technology organizations.
•Hands-on experience in role taxonomy creation, skill dictionary building, role mapping, and succession planning.
•Strong program design, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Familiarity with HR technology, digital learning platforms, and people analytics.
•Excellent communication, consulting, and change management capabilities.
