Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Branch Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of banking products and services within the branch, identifying customer needs, and delivering excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell banking/financial products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and credit cards.
  • Achieve individual and branch-level sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, field visits, and telecalling.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers based on their financial needs.

Customer Service

  • Assist customers with product information, account opening, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Branch Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with branch staff to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new customers.
  • Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain records of daily sales activity and customer interactions in CRM or designated systems.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure complete adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (KYC/AML, etc.).
  • Collect and verify necessary documents and ensure error-free processing of forms and applications.
  • Maintain accurate sales and service records for audit and reporting purposes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in retail banking, branch operations, or direct sales
  • Familiarity with KYC norms, customer onboarding, and banking regulations
  • Local market knowledge and ability to build relationships in the community
