Role Description
We are hiring a Customer Experience Officer
(Full-time, on-site in Jaipur) who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for families and elders. If you thrive in a startup environment and care deeply about service, this role is for you
You'll act as the bridge between families and caregivers—onboarding customers, resolving concerns, enhancing service delivery, and collaborating with operations to improve processes. The role also requires meeting caregivers and customers at elders' homes when needed to ensure quality service and trust. Female candidates preferred. Based in Jaipur with occasional travel to Gurgaon.
Key Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and empathy-driven service orientation
Must reside in Jaipur (hybrid option available)
Bachelor's degree required; healthcare experience a plus
