Human Resource Manager Job Description for Sri Maha Hostel

Key Responsibilities:

  • *Benefits Administration*: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • *Experience*: 2-5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

  • *Skills*:

  • *Leadership and Strategic Planning*: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • *Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

  • *Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills*: Ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.

  • *Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases*: Familiarity with HR software systems, such as Oracle, Workday, or BambooHR.
