Role & responsibilities :-

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic (C2H) or contract staffing IT requirements.
  • Understand and analyze client requirements (technical skills, experience, salary, and job location).
  • Source candidates through various channels Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, headhunting, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical fit, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate salary and joining dates with selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and database of potential candidates.
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts and onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Stay updated with IT market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates with experience in IT recruitment for domestic clients (not US/UK staffing).
  • Those who have worked with IT consulting firms, software development companies, or recruitment agencies.
  • Individuals comfortable handling multiple technical positions simultaneously.
  • Recruiters with hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Must be good in communication.
