Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for IT and technical positions.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from candidate outreach and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • [X]+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
