Role

A retail store manager at Bakers' Fun is responsible for the overall operations of the bakery retail store, which include customer service, employee management, inventory control and accounting. Healthy maintenance of the bakery retail store will always encourage customers to revisit.

Tasks & Activities

  • ⁠ ⁠Resolving customer queries, if any, regarding bakery products & services
  • ⁠ ⁠Handling customer complaints, understanding their needs and problems, and delivering them the best service
  • ⁠ ⁠Recruiting salespersons whenever required.
  • ⁠ ⁠Paying employee salaries on time based on their attendance
  • ⁠ ⁠End-of-day cash handling according to the sales reports in the POS
  • ⁠ ⁠Responsible for the achievement of the set Sales target for the store

Any Degree

Knowledge

POS(Point-of-Sale) Knowledge

MS Excel & Word

Modern Retail Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time
