F&b Trainer

**Job Title**: F&B Trainer

**Job Summary**:
The F&B Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that ensure team members in both the service and culinary departments consistently uphold Alma Bakery & Café’s standards of service, product knowledge, hygiene, and guest engagement. The role supports onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development across the café teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured training for FOH (service) and BOH (kitchen) staff on SOPs, product knowledge, customer service, and hygiene.
- Deliver induction programs for new hires, ensuring they are café-ready from Day 1.
- Facilitate weekly briefings and monthly refresher sessions.
- Ensure all training aligns with brand guidelines, menu updates, and seasonal promotions.
- Partner with Café Managers and Head Chefs to identify gaps in performance and address them through targeted training.
- Monitor real-time service through café visits and provide on-floor coaching.
- Conduct skill and hygiene audits and evaluate staff adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain training logs, attendance, feedback, and certification records.
- Support FSSAI, fire safety, and hygiene training compliance.
- Train staff on upselling, order accuracy, handling complaints, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Incorporate feedback from mystery audits and customer reviews into training plans.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Graduate in Hotel Management or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in F&B operations or training (preferably café or bakery formats).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in English and Hindi.
- Certified trainer preferred.
- Sound understanding of café operations, continental menus, and food safety.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
