**Job Profile**:
We are looking for an experienced **Meta Ads Expert** to strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns on **Facebook & Instagram**. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands audience psychology, and can drive measurable results through paid social campaigns.

Listed below are some job responsibilities that **Meta Ads Expert** should have.
- Plan, launch, and optimize **ROI-driven Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns** across multiple industries.
- Conduct deep **audience research and targeting** using Facebook Ads Manager, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Develop **high-converting ad creatives** in collaboration with the design team, including ad copy, visuals, and videos.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements for **maximum performance**.
- Set up and track **conversion events, pixels, and API integrations** to measure campaign success.
- Perform **A/B testing** on ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve results continuously.
- Analyze and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with **Meta’s latest algorithm updates, ad formats, and policy changes** to ensure best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **3-5 years of experience** in running **Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns** with proven results.
- Expertise in **Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, and Pixel Tracking**.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with **Google Analytics, Data Studio, and third-party tracking tools**.
- Knowledge of **ad creative trends, copywriting strategies, and conversion optimization techniques**.
- Experience with **lead generation, eCommerce, and retargeting campaigns** is a plus.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is an **advantage but not mandatory**.
- Ability to **analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and optimize for better performance**.
