SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills related to various aspects of digital marketing to our students. This role requires expertise in digital marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
- Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate students on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to help students gain real-world experience in digital marketing techniques.
- Evaluate student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field of digital marketing, and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs and methodologies.
- Assist in the development of new training materials, courses, and certifications to meet the evolving needs of the digital marketing industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience working in the field of digital marketing, with a minimum of 2-3years of hands-on experience.
- Previous experience as a digital marketing trainer or educator is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
