What will you do?

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Help define
  how growth & sales teams build AI workflows at scale
  .
• Work on the
  LLM-heavy backend
  , optimizing how we orchestrate AI agents, data pipelines, and workflows.
• Design and build
  backend infra in Golang & Python
  for high-volume data processing and LLM interactions.
• Own
  RESTful APIs
  that power our workflows, integrations, and external-facing features.
• Build
  frontends
  that make complex AI flows feel simple and delightful for growth teams.
• Directly influence
  product, architecture, and roadmap
  with the founders.

You won't be "just another dev" - you'll be one of the core people who decides what Bitscale becomes.

Responsibilities

• Back-end Development

Architect and build robust backend services in
Golang and Python
.

Design systems that handle
large-scale data processing
and
LLM interactions
reliably and efficiently.

• API Design

Design and implement
clean, scalable REST APIs
.

Ensure they are secure, well-documented, and easy to consume by frontends and external systems.

• Front-end Development

Build
fast, intuitive UIs
using
React, , and TypeScript
.

Translate rough UX ideas into smooth, production-grade experiences.

• AI Integration

Work closely with our AI/LLM flows to build
interfaces, agent triggers, and workflows
that feel magical but are robust under the hood.

Make complex AI capabilities feel
simple and usable
for GTM teams.

• Customer-Centric Development

Talk to users, understand GTM workflows, and ship features that
actually move revenue metrics
.

Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage, and metrics.

• Innovation & Experimentation

Stay on top of what's happening in AI and infra.

Prototype, break things, and push boundaries to
solve real GTM problems with AI-first solutions
.

Pre-requisite Tech Stack

• Python, Golang, React, NextJS, CSS, and SQL

Good To Have

• Previous
  start-up or early-stage
  experience.
• Interest in
  system design, architecture, and scaling
  .
• Experience with
  event-driven systems, queues, or workflow engines
  is a plus.
