What You'll Do

As our Founding Engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling our web and mobile platforms. You'll work hand-in-hand with the founding team to turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, impactful products that reach thousands (and soon millions) of users.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building the core product — our mobile app using React Native, Flutter, , and other modern tools.
  • Designing and integrating APIs, backend services, and databases to power seamless lending and investment experiences.
  • Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to create solutions that are as scalable as they are user-friendly.
  • Optimizing performance and security to support growth from day one.
  • Writing clean, maintainable code while setting the foundation for future engineers to build on.
  • Exploring and experimenting with new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

  • Engineering graduate from a Tier-1 institute (IITs or equivalent).
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
  • You've built and shipped products before — could be apps, side projects, hackathons, or professional work.
  • Strong skills in front-end (React ) and/or back-end , Firebase, or similar).
  • Passionate about fintech — especially around lending, investments, or mutual funds.
  • Excited to work in an early-stage startup environment where speed, creativity, and ownership matter more than titles.
  • You care about both user experience and engineering craft, not just "getting it to work."
  • Bonus: Knowledge of investment platforms, lending models, or financial products.
