Role Description

We're looking for a Python Engineer to build scalable, high-performance applications that can handle serious traffic. You'll design efficient database systems, deploy on AWS, and integrate AI concepts like RAG, tool calling, and prompt engineering. You'll stay ahead of emerging tech trends and bring creative problem-solving to every challenge. Experience with LiveKit, Piepcat, or other open-source projects is a big plus. If you love writing elegant code that scales and innovates — we want you on our team

Qualifications

  1. Strong Python skills: you write clean, efficient, and testable code.
  2. 2–3 years of professional experience.
  3. Solid experience with databases (Postgres - preferred).
  4. A deep understanding of building and scaling high-traffic applications.
  5. Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch — pick your favorite).
  6. Curiosity about how AI systems work — especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, and prompt engineering.
  7. Great problem-solving skills — you don't just debug; you deconstruct mysteries.
  8. A growth mindset — always exploring, learning, and sharing knowledge.
  9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Contributions to Kaggle or open-source projects (we love engineers who build for the community)
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools.
