Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, have excellent communication skills, and be able to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) on various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for best results.
  • Engage with the online community—respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Specialist (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with basic graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in influencer marketing or running paid ad campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,503.00 per month
