Login2Design Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social media strategies to increase our brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience across various platforms.

• Create compelling and shareable content, including images, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.

• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

• Identify and leverage social media influencers and partnerships to expand our reach and engagement.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and potential new opportunities for our social media presence.

• Generate regular reports on social media performance and present them to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and writing engaging copy.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving social media trends and challenges.

• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead in the social media landscape.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts of multiple brands/businesses.

• Conduct thorough competitive research in the brand's niche.

• Prepare content calendar and scheduling plans where necessary.

• Devise innovative growth strategies to achieve higher reach, engagement, follower base, etc. on a monthly basis.

• Design high-quality graphics for FB, Instagram, or other content sources.

• Create video content for Reels, IGTV, and Social media ads.

• Write compelling and relatable captions to go with graphics based on thorough research.

• Conduct hashtag research to bring in organic reach.

• Engage with the content of competitor brands and potential leads daily (Comments and DM).

• Engage with people on Facebook groups and post relevant content daily.

• Reply to comments and DMs timely and politely.

• Schedule content along with captions on an auto-scheduler well in advance.

• Measure and report the performance of all social media marketing campaigns, ROIs, and KPIs.
