Senior E-Commerce Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-Commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Epione Brands Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple accounts for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands and will possess extensive knowledge of various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, Tata1MG and Blinkit

The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge of Unicommerce, tools like GoSwift and Converse will be given hands-on training for.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce from invoicing to manifesting the new orders across various platforms and additionally keeping , ensuring optimal performance and revenue growth.

  • To enhance account performance by optimizing keywords, driving traffic, conversions, and customer retention.

  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Utilize shipping aggregators to streamline fulfillment processes and manage logistics for timely delivery.

  • Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

  • Oversee the checkout processes on Shopify, optimizing for user experience and conversion rates.

  • Analyze account performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce management.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce accounts, specifically for D2C brands.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, and Blinkit.

  • Strong knowledge of Mircosoft Tools - Excel, Word for sorting data.

  • Experience with customer support practices and shipping logistics.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
