**Responsibilities**:

- Own the product listings—create, optimise, and ensure every detail is spot on, from pricing to descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Keep our product database clean and accurate with regular quality checks. Spot errors? Fix them fast.
- Manage content updates, banners, and anything that makes our eCommerce site shine.
- Handle orders from start to finish—track them, ensure they’re fulfilled on time, and keep customers happy.
- Be the bridge between vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, solving any hiccups in the process.
- Generate reports and dig into data to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work.
- Answer inquiries quickly and handle operational challenges with confidence.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Sharp MS Excel skills (you know your way around a spreadsheet).
- A knack for solving problems and staying detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or order management systems? Great, but not a dealbreaker.
- A mindset ready to spot what’s broken and improve it.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
