**Online Store Management**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's eCommerce platforms (e.g., website, mobile apps, third-party marketplaces).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a smooth and positive online shopping experience by resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics such as sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to align eCommerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for site development, advertising, and other eCommerce-related activities.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all eCommerce activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and consumer rights.
- Implement security measures to protect customer data and prevent fraud.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
