Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel packages for Vietnam, Bali, and Thailand.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers for best rates and availability.
  • Handle B2B agent inquiries promptly and provide competitive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners in respective destinations.
  • Ensure smooth operations and seamless execution of confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, destinations, and market trends.
  • Support sales team with destination expertise, presentations, and product training.
  • Handle client escalations, last-minute changes, and on-ground coordination if required

Key Skills:

  • Strong destination knowledge: Vietnam, Bali, and Thailand.
  • Experience in DMC operations, quotations, and B2B travel handling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in costing/itinerary preparation.
  • Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
