Vietnam - Bali - Thailand - DMC Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel packages for Vietnam, Bali, and Thailand.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers for best rates and availability.
- Handle B2B agent inquiries promptly and provide competitive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners in respective destinations.
- Ensure smooth operations and seamless execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, destinations, and market trends.
- Support sales team with destination expertise, presentations, and product training.
- Handle client escalations, last-minute changes, and on-ground coordination if required
Key Skills:
- Strong destination knowledge: Vietnam, Bali, and Thailand.
- Experience in DMC operations, quotations, and B2B travel handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in costing/itinerary preparation.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
