Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities, Dimensions and Deliverables:

  • Ensuring adherence to the statutory and regulatory compliances laid down by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons
  • Enabling timely submissions of various PSC and RSC related compliance related reports.
  • Formulation and approval of Work programmes and budgets for the Company's Exploration and Development Assets.
  • Drawing up Operating agreements within legal framework in safeguarding the Company's interests especially, critical for hydrocarbon reservoirs straddling across acreages.
  • Representing the Company in Management Committee meetings along GoI and DGH representatives ensuring the best interests of the Company.
  • Maintaining all JV management records in an easily retrievable format accessible across relevant stake holders. 
  • Closely interact and co-ordinate between different disciplines within the Company and external stakeholders to see that outcomes of operations are in the best interests of AWEL

Monitoring interim operating agreements with other stake holders 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor/master's in engineering/Geosciences and/or Management degree
  • Minimum 15+ years relevant industry experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of HSE management


Should have a good understanding of upstream Oil & Gas Exploration and Development business  and its implementation strategies. 

15+ years of relevant work experience in Statutory and regulatory compliances laid down by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons

Experienced in representing the Company in OC/MC meetings

C0-ordinatinon  with DGH and external stake holders to safe guard the best interests of the Company 

Strong knowledge and understanding of PSC and RSC related compliances and reporting formats and their online uploading procedures.

Proficient in formulation and approval of Work programs and budgets for the Company's Exploration and Development Assets.

 experience in drawing up operating agreements within legal framework in safeguarding the Company's interests especially, critical for hydrocarbon reservoirs straddling across acreages.

Excellent presentation and written and/verbal communications skills, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
