We are hiring a
Head of Asset Management
for a leading hospitality group. This senior leadership role combines
financial governance, asset management, and investment strategy
to optimize returns and drive growth of a premium hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX control for hospitality assets.
  • Oversee P&L, ROI, NOI, and asset performance across multiple hotels.
  • Drive M&A, JV structuring, and investment deals for portfolio expansion.
  • Manage operator contracts, negotiations, and asset repositioning strategies.
  • Present to board-level stakeholders and lead strategic financial discussions.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and asset management team.

Candidate Profile:

  • 13–17 years of progressive experience in finance and asset management.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO/Head of Asset Management) within hospitality.
  • Strong background in hospitality operations, investment models, and operator engagement.
  • Proven expertise in M&A, JV structuring, and asset turnarounds.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Open to domestic and international travel as required.
