Key responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  2. Build targeted outreach lists based on market trends and guest demographics
  3. Attend local networking events or tourism expos to generate new leads
  4. Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media
  5. Present The Sirmour Retreat's offerings - luxury stays, wellness packages, event hosting, etc.
  6. Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients
  7. Assess client needs and budget to determine fit for retreat packages
  8. Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns or website traffic
  9. Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in CRM systems
  10. Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to ensure smooth client handover
  11. Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign goals
  12. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  13. Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  14. Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and booked appointments
  15. Prepare regular reports for management on sales development activities
  16. Customize pitches based on client interests—e.g., wellness retreats, destination weddings, corporate off-sites
  17. Understand competitor offerings to position The Sirmour Retreat effectively
