
Corporate Sales Specialist Job in Delhi at Parth Sharma

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Build targeted outreach lists based on market trends and guest demographics
- Attend local networking events or tourism expos to generate new leads
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media
- Present The Sirmour Retreat's offerings - luxury stays, wellness packages, event hosting, etc.
- Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients
- Assess client needs and budget to determine fit for retreat packages
- Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns or website traffic
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to ensure smooth client handover
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign goals
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and booked appointments
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales development activities
- Customize pitches based on client interests—e.g., wellness retreats, destination weddings, corporate off-sites
- Understand competitor offerings to position The Sirmour Retreat effectively
