Executive Assistant to Founders

Upstox is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end support to our Founders and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities efficiently, and brings a solution-oriented mindset to every task.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and reviews
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and visits including catering, travel, and accommodation
• Assist with travel bookings, local arrangements, and itinerary planning for visiting leaders or guests
• Partner with admin/facilities to ensure office experience is smooth and efficient
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and invoice processing when needed
• Support internal communication and engagement activities
• Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.

• Bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Discretion, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using Google Suite / MS Office and travel or scheduling tools

• Youll work at the heart of the action supporting leaders who are driving the next phase of growth for one of Indias leading fintech companies
• Youll have high visibility and ownership ensuring seamless execution across critical projects, meetings, and business priorities
• Youll collaborate with smart, fast-moving teams across functions learning how top-level decisions are made and executed
• Youll be trusted to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and make operations run like clockwork
• Every task you take on will help the leadership stay focused on what matters most building the future of how India invests
