Role Overview: As a Google Ads Intern at Branding Pioneers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the digital advertising team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for keyword strategy, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and performance reporting, which are essential skills for a career in performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns on platforms such as Search, Display, Video - Conducting thorough keyword research and structuring ad groups effectively - Crafting compelling ad copy and reviewing creatives to ensure optimal performance - Monitoring daily campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and Conversions - Executing A/B tests on ad variations and landing pages to enhance campaign performance - Generating performance reports with key insights for continuous optimization - Assisting in bid management, budget allocation, and audience targeting adjustments - Keeping abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads to drive campaign success Qualifications: - Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred - Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of Google Ads platform, familiarity with PPC metrics, analytical thinking, attention to detail, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and good written English skills. Google Ads Certification is optional but preferred. A willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a performance-driven environment is essential.
