**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads for our real estate Projects.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CPA, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

Continuously optimize campaign targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize ROI and lead quality.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.

Generate regular performance reports and communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for real estate.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as Facebook Ads or SEO, is desirable but not required.
