Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive Google Ads Executive / Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of our Google and Meta advertising campaigns, optimize the website backend, and drive international sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Google & Meta Ads Management
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube) targeting international markets.
Execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for both B2B and B2C product segments.
Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and conversion-optimized creatives.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Conduct regular A/B tests, audience segmentation, and keyword analysis.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Website Backend Coordination
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates in coordination with the tech team.
Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve sales conversion.
Growth Planning & Strategy
Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets and growth campaigns.
Execute strategic ad campaigns based on seasonality, product demand, and geo-specific trends.
Stay updated with ad platform changes, industry best practices, and tools for international eCommerce marketing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management (preferably for international eCommerce).
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, etc.
Familiarity with website backend management tools.
Performance and growth-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage end-to-end ad operations and scale international campaigns independently.
