Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome mall visitors warmly.
  • Provide accurate information about mall layout, stores, ongoing events, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with locating stores, restrooms, food courts, parking areas, etc.
  • Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and solution-oriented approach at all times.
  • Monitor cleanliness and functionality of customer service desks, signage, and public areas.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
  • Encourage and assist customers in providing feedback through digital or physical forms.
  • Support mall campaigns and surveys.
  • Maintain proper records of lost and found items and coordinate with security for handovers.

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, parking, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation Preferred
  • Experience: Freshers also welcomed but preferred 3 years in customer service / front desk / hospitality (malls, retail outlets, hotels preferred)
  • Language Proficiency: Hindi, English (should be able to speak English sufficient to understand complaint and show directions)
  • Personality: Well-groomed, pleasant demeanour, courteous
  • Basic computer and mobile application usage skills
  • Local candidates preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week (one weekly off but not on weekends).
  • Eight hour shift (generally 2pm to 10pm)
  • Timings can extend to 10pm on certain days of the week.
