  • Identify new tender opportunities through online portals, newspapers, and other sources.
  • Study tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand requirements.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary technical and commercial documents for tender submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, technical, legal) to gather required inputs.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders in compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain records of all tenders submitted, pending, and awarded.
  • Handle post-tender clarifications and follow up with clients on tender outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and pricing strategies.
  • Track tender results and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all tendering activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹40,000.00 per month
