Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment
    Oversee the hiring process, including creating job descriptions, interview schedules, and evaluation standards 


  • Training
    Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance 


  • Performance management
    Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, and develop performance review processes 


  • Compensation
    Research compensation standards and set and review pay structures 


  • Benefits
    Plan and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, vacation, and expense reimbursement 


  • Compliance
    Ensure compliance with employment laws, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workplace safety regulations 


  • Employee relations
    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and other issues 


  • Succession planning
    Develop a succession plan to ensure the company has the right talent in the future
