Job Description – Telecaller
Position: Telecaller
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years
Education Qualification: Diploma/Graduate from CIPET
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
 - Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
 - Generate leads, maintain customer database, and follow up regularly.
 - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
 - Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
 - Maintain professionalism and adhere to company call scripts & policies.
 - Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement.
 
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati
 - English communication skills must.
 - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
 - Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
 - Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
 - Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
 - Candidates with prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience (6 months – 2 years).
 
Educational background from CIPET, with good technical understanding for product explanation (if related to plastics/polymer industry).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
