We're looking for someone who is outgoing, driven, and passionate about building relationships. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal Sales Representative:

  • Graduate degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail sales (building materials, construction chemicals preferred)
  • Experience in waterproofing, paints, or building materials a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What will you be doing?

As a Sales Representative, your typical day will be filled with exciting challenges. You will be:

  • Providing detailed product information and demonstrating product features to influencers, retailers, and dealers.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the best Weber products to meet those needs.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance goals, consistently maximizing sales across the full Weber product range.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in channel sales and converting them into customers, utilizing available trade schemes and offers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new accounts to pursue new sales opportunities.
