Key Skills: Office 365, Software LicensingRoles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Outlook, and related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow issues, calendaring problems, and Outlook client connectivity.
- Implement and manage email archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, and retention policies.
- Utilize the O365 Admin Center for administration and troubleshooting of Office 365 issues.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective use of Office 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Provide support for Anti-Spam and Exchange Online Protection (EOP) measures.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and management tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure Active Directory for user management and synchronization.
- Assist in the implementation of Rights Management Services (RMS) and other security measures.
- Stay updated on the latest Office 365 features and best practices to enhance user experience.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, and Outlook
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and O365 Admin Center
- Strong understanding of Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, Retention Policies, and Litigation Hold
- Familiarity with Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection, and RMS
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and ADFS
- Experience with email security and software licensing (nice-to-have)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
