Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Administrator to become a key part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a professional office environment. As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
- Ensure the reception area and office spaces remain organized and presentable
- Assist with ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
- Attention to detail and reliability
