This role requires working in the field to identify,reachout and engage potential client for our marketing. You will play a crucial role in marketing and promoting our services, building client relationship and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibility-

· Identify and approach potential client in the field to generate new business opportunity.

· Present, explain the services to the prospective clients.

· Conduct face to face meeting or interaction with the potential client. Understanding their needs.

· Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationship to ensure repeat business.

· Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation for potential client.

· Meet or exceed monthly sales target.

Required skill-

Sales and marketing skill-

· Strong understanding of sales process, with proven success in sales or marketing role.

Communication skill-

· Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Negotiation skill-

· Ability to negotiate and close the deals effectively.

Industry knowledge-

· Strong  understanding of real estate business and services.

Client relationship management-

· Strong interpersonal skill with a client centric approach.

Time management-

· Ability to plan ,prioritize and manage time effectively while in the field.

Preferred skill-

· Experience in B2C field sales.

3-4 year experience in real estate industry.
