Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Experience: 5–7 Years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage marketplace operations across major platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth execution of daily marketplace functions.

This position requires strong analytical skills, in-depth marketplace knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace & Channel Management

End-to-end management for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify and company website

Ensure compliance, performance optimization, and smooth marketplace operations

Identify and onboard new online channels to enhance brand reach

2. Pricing & Profitability

Create and manage pricing strategies to ensure profitability

Monitor margins and implement Buy Box strategies

Maintain price consistency across marketplaces

3. Inventory & Demand Planning

Coordinate with warehouse & supply chain for inventory forecasting

Manage stock replenishment cycles and reduce return rates (RTO)

Plan stock requirements for major sale events

4. Listing & Catalog Optimization

Maintain accurate and optimized product listings

Audit listings to fix suppressions, variations, and content gaps

Ensure marketplace compliance & SEO-optimized content

5. Promotions & Sales Events

Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, coupons

Lead strategy for BBD, Prime Day, Diwali, and other sale events

Coordinate with creative & operations teams for campaign execution

6. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly/monthly sales & performance reports

Analyze KPIs (CVR, ASP, TACoS, RTO) and drive improvement strategies

Identify growth trends and competitive opportunities

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors & marketplace representatives

Ensure quick resolution of platform issues and operational smoothness

Maintain strong communication across departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

4 to 6+ years experience managing e-commerce marketplaces

Strong knowledge of e-commerce metrics: CVR, ASP, TACoS, RTO

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets & marketplace dashboards

Excellent communication & project coordination skills

Analytical, self-driven & results-oriented mindset
