and staffing industry.

  • Excellent multitasking skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Duties and responsibilities:

➢ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

➢ Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

➢ Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

➢ Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization to maintain a good rapport with them.

➢ Research and build relationships with new clients. Reviewing clients' feedback and

implementing necessary changes.

➢ Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

➢ Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

➢ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

➢ Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

➢ Negotiating with clients to secure the most revenue part.

➢ Responsible for the end-to-end process of Manpower requirement to till the candidate

onboarding to the client place.

➢ Ensuring to achieve the Targets/ ROI
