Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager/Agency Manager located in Coimbatore. The individual will manage agency distribution operations, build and lead a team of advisors, achieve business targets, and implement strategies for business development and growth. The responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding and training of insurance advisors, driving sales goals, monitoring performance, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation abilities
  • Sales, Business Development, and Target Achievement experience
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance products and Distribution Channel Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
